Initiated by Natural Resources Canada, supported by MELCC and prepared by Ouranos and numerous partners, this publication is part of a national assessment on the state of climate change knowledge in Canada.

The “Quebec” chapter features a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of current and anticipated problems and issues related to climate change within the province. It will notably be useful for decision-makers and practitioners who will gain a solid basis to contemplate the development and implementation of effective and innovative solutions throughout Quebec.

Ouranos would like to take the opportunity to thank all researchers and experts who have participated in projects under the organization’s scientific program. These projects represent the basis of current knowledge that underlies this publication.
