Alexandrine holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning as well as a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from the Université de Montréal. After working in urban planning for the municipal sector, she continued her studies to better equip herself to address environmental issues from a sustainable land use perspective. This experience led her to collaborate on various research projects on natural risk management and adaptation to climate change, notably with the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Planning and the Sustainable Works Observatory.
Alexandrine joined the Ouranos team in 2016 first as a specialist in Risk Management and Resilience, where she collaborated on the development of tools to support adaptation in the municipal environment. Since 2018, she has been coordinating Ouranos' support to the governmental INFO-Crue project and more recently coordinating the adaptation priority on extreme events.
