Alexandre Marchand-Thériault holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Climate Change from the University of Sherbrooke. He has worked in the field of limnology in non-profit organizations and with universities. He also worked at Nature-Action Québec on the production of a climate change adaptation plan, as well as on projects aimed at the conservation of biodiversity in forest and agricultural environments.

With Ouranos since 2021, Alexandre holds the position of Research and Knowledge Transfer Specialist within the Knowledge Mobilization Team, where he contributes to projects aimed at adapting to climate change.
