Summary of the activity
This training activity defines the terminology associated with risk assessment, proposes tools that use risk assessment, and indicates the purpose of risk assessment. Risk assessment is then presented in the following steps, specifying for each one its purpose and the tool used to carry it out:

Presenter

Ségolène Montagny holds a B.Sc. in Life Sciences and Humanities from Lyon (France) and an International Master's in Environment, Biodiversity and Land Management from Sherbrooke and Montpellier Universities. She has solid writing and project management skills. She has worked as a project manager assessing adaptation plans, urban biodiversity and greening in various municipalities in Quebec and France.
She actively contributes to the valorization and knowledge transfer resulting from integrated scientific programming in adaptation to climate change in order to ensure this knowledge is accessible to various types of adaptation actors.
